PCKD. eGFR 18. ? Room for Kidney Transplant

Previous History:

- Chronic small vessel disease

- Simple Liver Cysts

Diagnosis:

ADPCKD

Imaging Performed:

CT Abdo/Pelvis C- O+ (Due to poor eGFR)

Report Findings:

Markedly enlarged kidneys bilaterally, in keeping with polycystic kidney disease.
